Basic and Pro tiers are single-user licenses: you may use the template in your own workspaces but may not resell, share, or distribute it. Agency includes multi-seat use within your organization plus white-label rights (remove our branding, add yours).
Delivery is electronic and immediate: after successful payment your duplicate links and license keys appear in your account. If delivery fails, contact us and we will make it right.
